Caio Gomes is responsible for this website. The website has no account or login. The optional contact form collects only the name, email address, and message you choose to submit so the contact can be answered. The newsletter is optional and requires your explicit subscription.
2. Information processed
Depending on the resources used, the website may process:
Information categories:
- Technical request and security data, such as browser, device, visited URL, date, time, referrer, and approximate location.
- Your consent choice and theme preference, stored locally in your browser, plus temporary replay data held in memory during a consented session.
- Contact-form content: name, email address, and message, processed only to receive and respond to the request.
- Newsletter email address and explicit subscription choice, stored by Resend only to deliver occasional portfolio updates until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
The PWA feature can cache files and pages on your device to improve availability; this cache does not contain a profile created by the website. If the optional Decision Room is enabled, questions are sent only to generate the requested answer and are not used for website analytics. Contact and newsletter fields are blocked from Session Replay and are never included in analytics events.
3. Analytics and legal basis
Google Analytics and Amplitude are optional and load only after your consent. They record page views, interaction events, and performance metrics, plus pseudonymous online identifiers, browser, device, and approximate location data needed for measurement. Amplitude may record a visual replay of a sample of consented sessions to understand experience issues; form fields and content configured as sensitive are masked or blocked. The website does not collect or associate visitor-provided names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials, or user IDs with analytics. Vercel Web Analytics operates with aggregated statistics and without third-party cookies.
4. Cookies, local storage, and consent
After you accept, Google Analytics and Amplitude may use cookies or local storage to measure sessions and interactions. Amplitude Session Replay uses temporary in-memory storage during a session to prepare the visual replay. Your consent choice and theme preference are also kept in this browser's local storage.
We do not use cookies for:
- Advertising
- Cross-site tracking
- Behavioral profiling
You can reject optional analytics and Session Replay in the consent notice or disable them on this page. When disabled, the website stops loading these tools in the future and clears known optional identifiers in this browser; existing cookies can also be removed in your browser settings.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent data. Technical data may be processed by Vercel (hosting and aggregated analytics) and, when you consent, Google and Amplitude (analytics, autocapture, and sampled Session Replay). Contact-form content and newsletter subscriptions are processed through Resend only to send the requested message or optional updates. These providers may operate infrastructure outside Brazil; processing follows each service's configuration and privacy notices.
